[Annotated Indiana Code; Title 31, Article 15, Chapter 2-6]. (2) There are no children of the marriage (no biological and/or adopted children with your spouse). (3) The wife is not currently pregnant with the spouse’s child. There are often separate and special issues and rules that relate to the divorce procedure when the Wife is pregnant. Consequently, this product should not be used if the Wife is pregnant. Instead you and/or your spouse should consult an attorney. (4) Neither you nor your spouse has an attorney. (5) Neither you nor your spouse is/are currently in the military. There are often separate and special issues and rules that relate to the divorce procedure when one or both spouses is/are in the military. Consequently, this product should not be used if you and/or your spouse is/are in the United States Armed Forces. Instead you and/or your spouse should consult an attorney. (6) The spouses have no assets (including inheritances, lawsuits, pensions, etc.).
